The book has received its first couple of ratings on Amazon, both 5 stars which is fantastic! A huge thank you to the readers who did that.
A quick update for all of my Aussie friends and subscribers who've been waiting to order it - it's now available printed and distributed locally - taking around 3 working days to arrive with the free delivery option.
If it ever says 'out of stock' that doesn't last long (not sure why it even says that given that it's Print On Demand!!) - if you check again the next day or even later that day it's usually available again.
