While I haven't promoted it at all yet, I've already been blown away with some heart-warming feedback....and an offer from a reader to translate it into French! I need to recover from producing the English version first (!!!), but I'm touched by the kindness.
A quick update on availability - after selling out (of the entire stock of two copies) it seems to be reliably available in Australia now, at the correct price...just make sure you click on the bit I've circled above. I believe it's still being printed and shipped from the the US but this will change in a few weeks.
